Experience at Rexal Inn Ballito 13 to 16 October 2020

The location is okay and easy to find. The room is okay. Housekeeping was not satisfactory at all. The towels were not replace for the entire 3 days I was there. The shampoo and soap was replaced once.

The food seemed to be specifically for Indian guests, the menu did not have much of a variety. The breakfast was the worst. It was either burnt, incorrect order or not enough. At the rate I had paid I expected a variety when it came to dinner and breakfast but there was absolutely no choice. What was provided is what you had and given at limited quantities.
