Had a issue with a stove element, 23 July 2020, contacted Brendan Venter from Relative Roots Services “the trustworthy and fast to fix service”, he came out disconnected stove suggested way forward, then "call out payment" made of course.

Then I paid for new element, which he would install and then all sorted.

From there story upon story, tomorrow, tomorrow, today still, tomorrow. Promise this promise that. Stove not working for 12 days at that stage.

Eventually 28 July – this and that cannot do today. 29 July – Brendan did you finish? No this and that BS stories. 30 July - Another excuse 31 July – Another excuse, now a personal matter. But definitely going today… 1 August – Silence 3 August – Story and excuse but "all right no I will pay you back" and send pop (proof of payment) 4 August - “I have paid you back” 5 August - Ignoring my calls no feedback so I get someone else to fix it cost 6 August – voice note “payment was already made, pop will be sent soon” 7 August – payment has been made pop will be sent soon when office open. 7 August – Threaten me with his attorney after I left review on his site. 7 August – Looong message, payment was not made he has been lying, bla bla will pay on Tuesday the 11th of August. 11 August – Yes will make payment no problem will send pop. 14 August – No payment was made just need to send pop, will send within an hour. 19 August – Still no payment or pop…

Nothing, almost a month later…

Don't deal with this guy he will take you for a ride and ***** your money, sure he does it every day all around, will probably just open a new company or name and continue but I will keep track.
