Vacmaster paid for but not delivered

On the 7/9/2017 Irequested a quote on a Vacmaster V215 with delivery. On 9/9/2017 Ipaid the quote in full into their Absa Account. The 11/9/2017 they send me an invoice with confirmation by email that they received the money and an delivery schedule that delivery will be made to my home address on 16/09/2017 by 11a.m. The delivery was not made and no goods where received. After following up the 18th and today 19/9/2017 they state that I must pay a further R800 for delivery to be made by today 19/09/2017 by 17:15. Which I then asked if I can C.O.D it? They have not come back to me yet and I still have not received the Vacmaster which I paid R7150.00 for.
