Very unprofessional. Shares policy details with anyone. Doesn’t communicate with the beneficiary. Very disappointed in this funeral parlour. Never gonna recommend them. Till now after the funeral they didn’t contact the beneficiary to let them know about the tombstone process no they contacted someone that left their number there. Very disappointing.
