This beauty salon is advertising on hyperli, they accept appointments and when you actually arrive for your appointment they first do not exist because they have changed their name to desert rose, secondly their phone number does not connect. I arrived after scheduling an appointment the owner yolande, firstly acted like desert rose was the spa and she never heard of rejoice, then after I hunted her number down she tells me that there's no way I have an appointment because they have a function in 4 hours time so they cannot accommodate, we ask to see the appointment book she tells us there isn't any. Then she tells me would gave giving me a FREE MASSAGE if she was free. I ask her for a refund she tells me to contact hyperli so I tell her to contact them herself so she sends an email to them simply stating please refund customer with order number. I ask for the owners number she comes to give me her card and suddenly changes her name to mhlali asking me to contact the owner yolande. I then asked her what the connection to desert rose was she tells me the owners are merging the companies so I said you are desert rose, she rep**** no we are African rejoice the desert rose spa isn't launched they haven't merged yet but the African rejoice spa is open just not at 11am when the website states that they are open but the building has no mention of African rejoice spa.
