No communication, paid for 1-4 day delivery and have not received two weeks later

I made an order and paid for 1-4 day delivery. This was on the 11th of April. The delivery was not made and I have reached out to the company via email and instagram with no response. The company does not have a contact number. It is now the 23rd of April and I have still had no response. I made the order to Kleinmond but have since then come to Johannesburg and will be out of the country indefinitely from the 28th. I paid R230 for delivery and have not received a waybill either. Utterly terrible service which is sad when you are trying to support small businesses.
