Took my money and never delivered, never refunded

I met Chris from Rehob Ways Pty Ltd (printings and branding company) from a church friend. We were branding t-shirts for a program and for our first batch he delivered and we were equally happy with the service. I then tried to get hold of Chris, calling him, sending WhatsApp messages but with no response. A few weeks later he finally picked up my call and I requested a job to be done which he informed the prices had changed, but we agreed on the amount and he delivered on that order however there was a shortage of 2 t-shirts which he said he would refund to me because he couldn’t find sizes. He didn’t end up refunding me and I just let it go because I figured he’ll include it in the next order.

We were then having a big conference at church and I order t-shirts for the media team and another batch for my personal company. After confirming that he’ll be able to deliver before the conference - on the day of the conference he said he won’t be able to deliver anymore (leaving me stranded with no options to make an alternative plan). He then said he’ll refund me and I followed up with him daily for 3 days until now he has stopped answering my calls, not replying to my WhatsApp’s and totally ran away with my money!!! Until today he has not got back to me, not delivered the t-shirts, not paid my money and I would like to advise anyone to stay away from Chris and Rehob ways as I’ve clearly been ****med by him!!!
