Horrible Solution for Taxes
Contacted Carl Luis in February 2018 for the first time to have him do my tax returns for the 2018 season, after I had received a recommendation from a friend. WHAT A MISTAKE!
Its been almost 12 months and not a single thread of progress has been made with my returns. Paid him an initial fee of R399 to do my returns, another R899 to go to SARS with my POA to change my address and another R99 to send documents to him via PostNet.
He does not respond to emails, does not respond to phone calls or messages. He promised to refund me in full as he has taken almost a year to tell me he's basically not going to do my returns. I've been waiting for a proof of payment since the 12th of January, after he has told me it would be paid at the end of business day on the 12th.
Absolutely disguising and disgraceful customer service.
