WAC Case So They do Not Care

Good day.

I am extremely and utterly disappointed at the treatment my son received 14 February, the OT Natalie was more concerned about the other pasient that was attended to by another OT.

I personally feel that not proper attention and observation was done as from the start when this practice heard Workman's compensation Fund.

Whilst my son was walking the OT was talking to others and did not see the pain or hear the cracks in his body.

We then got a speech that it is part of his mind and together with dr mbuyane a pain mangement plan was to be put together and still we await for this although we made it very clear that Workman's Comp has not paid out since the accident my son's contracted was terminated and we have no income.

But this was not even heard.

Whilst my son walked during the assessment his legs gave in and was told to just push through it, really where is the human in your company.
