Worst workspace solution in SOUTH AFRICA!!

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is!! This business is a complete ****- they lock you into a lease you can’t break, even with notice. Their contract doesn’t specify that you won’t be able to break the lease early- it reads in circles and creates lots of confusion by directing you to different parts of the contract and ultimately saying nothing. We had signed a 24m contract and wanted to terminate within the first year and were hoping to serve 3 months notice. We were sent to lawyers to settle the entire outstanding balance. I don’t know how their business model is legal. Furthermore, at the end of your contract the charge you what they call restoration fees which they claim are to restore the office to its original condition. But this has nothing to do with what the condition the space is actually in. It’s a fixed fee that is charged regardless. They are basically *****ing.
