WORST SERVICE EVER!

Im giving this service a one star because I cant give it a ZERO . My account went-into arrears last year between March and June because my company closed down as a result of Covid regulations . I explained this to some italian man who called and he advised that I cant cancel the account till i make full payment and in any event my contract would come to an end in October 2020. In June 2020 I received a letter stating that my services are suspended ( services which I have not used in 2020 ) the letter stated that until my account is paid the services are suspended . I still have not paid this amount due to not having funds and no arrangement was made . Regus then stopped sending me communication till Jan 2021 . on the 10th of Jan i got an email stating that my auto renewal has taken place and my account is active till end May 2021. i emailed them twice in that week requesting cancelation and an explanation why a suspended account is still being billed and-that my contract ended in October 2020 .. now Im told that they "sent" me auto renewal notices in July and August of 2020 ( I never received any of these emails ) I told them to cancel again and now Im being told the account wont cancel till I action on my side on their website . I went to the website after much struggle and there is no place where can cancel the contract. Im not-sure why Im having to cancel a contract that ended in October 2020 and was suspended in June 2020 . Im still being billed and arrears are accumulating which is upsetting !! I asked Caryanne at Requs to cancel the account again after numerous email back and forth . I still don't have confirmation of this cancelation . I received an invoice this morning !!! . I suspect that this is their MO and they will keep billing me forever !

If you ever need office space . Do yourself a favour an NEVER use regus !!
