Very Unprofessional Regus and IWG and ****mers

I was helping a client find an office space, I contacted them and they told me to get the broker app without explanation of how it work, the commission department can only be reached through emails that they choose to ignore and never send an update since January I still haven't received my commission and no one at the call center or branches can assist me besides telling me to send an email to the same email I've sent 100 emails to without feedback besides the auto response.
