Unilateral lease renewal

I entered into a lease agreement with Regus, for a virtual office. It was until 31 October 2019. They sent me a notice of renewal by email, I responded on the 5 August 2019 to say I will not renew it. They responded and wished me well, and referred me to an online system which I was unable to use then as I took long and I didn't have enough data, was then unemployed and my business struggling. Now they have unilaterally renewed my lease because they say I was 5 days late. Yet the notice is 85 days before the end of the lease. The office is in Nelspruit.
