This pattern of behavior is deeply troubling and reflects a systemic issue that demands attention. We have invested our trust and financial resources in Regus, expecting a level of service that includes honoring commitments and timely handling of financial matters. Unfortunately, our experience has been quite the opposite. We demand immediate action to rectify this situation and request the prompt refund of our retainer deposit. It is our intention to escalate this matter through all available channels until our hard-earned money is returned.
