********* Regus ****ing small businesses with MBD. MBD harassment

<p>I have a lease with Regus in Woodmead which expires in February 2017. There was dispute regarding my invoice which Nomaswazi (centre manager) and I were working on resolving and i waiting for a recon from her. A new centre manager (Michela) was appointed and she immediately sent me a letter of demand. I explained to her that we need sort out the recon. During this period, my account was handed over to MBD debt collectors despite paying monthly on time excluding the one invoice. I still have a lease agreement . MBD has been constantly harassing me. I read similar complaints about MBD harassing clients so that they charge you for the each call made. The MBD consultants are very rude and laugh about it because they know that they are charging for a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>This totally ********* behaviour from Regus and MBD. Start-ups and Small business owners lease out offices from Regus to have low operating expenses but Regus is exploiting us with MBD even though we still have a lease agreement and they have my deposit.</p>
