Unauthorized debits off my business account

We had signed an agreement with Regus Midrand to occupy their serviced offices last year, however due to business reasons we cancelled the contract and asked them to cancel it on their side. We were promised that this will be done. During the course of this year there had been monthly debits going off our business account and no one can tell us why and how. We are being given the run around from Regus and no one wants to take our calls or give us tangible feedback. Selina keeps taking messages with the promise that Lebo will call us back to no avail. I went to the Regus office on two occasions and on both those occasions I could not get any concrete feedback.
