Totally ******** conduct

I had a fixed term contract with Regus to make use of their virtual offices. My business degraded and I was forced to give them 20 business days notice to terminate in terms of Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Notwithstanding me having legally terminated the agreement and not receiving any service, Regus had the audacity to hand me over to MBD Attorneys for the full "outstanding" amount of the term.

Emails upon emails remained unanswered, harassment by MBD Attorneys at least twice a week still continuing, it is in fact Regus which owes me half of my deposit.

Never make use of their services if you are an upcoming businessman. If you fail, chances are very good that they will kick you ********ly like with me while you are lying on the floor.
