*******! Keep billing me even though I'm unable to use the service due to system problem on their side.

I signed up for a monthly membership and was billed immediately. However, when I tried to go online and book an office for the day, the account number for the membership was not linked on my dashboard so I was unable to book a service that day. Not only did they take a couple of days to respond to my initial query, when I eventually asked to cancel the contract and refund me, they said the cannot refund it will only cancel after two months! So in the meantime, I'm going to be billed for another couple months while I'm still unable to use the service! They didn't even fix the initial problem! Despicable *******! Stay away!!!
