Terrible service and ********

<p>Used Regus for few months but was unhappy with their service, wanted to terminate the my contract but was told that it binding me from doing so and that u had to continue with their terrible service until my contract ended. I stopped using their offices but they still invoice me on a monthly basis. Why force people to continue paying for poor service delivery? I've made an office booking before...on arrive only to find that there was no office available and my booking was not done. Phoned Michelle and left messages until today no one paid attention to my complaint but I'm being billed every month for an office I nolonegr use...and that's ridiculous!!! Management there has very bad attitude especially the Westrand branch manager</p>
