Struggling to terminate my expired Regus contract

I am experiencing a strange problem problem with my contract which expired in 2022 April 30. But Regus is not allowing me to terminate. now they tell me my contract will expire 2024 April 30. I have never received any auto renewal notice. This feels very *******.

I did not opt to renew I did not receive any renewal notice I can't continue with this contract. I am not finding a person I can verbally speak who sees my contract - just emailing. The emailing person is telling me that | signed a contract up to 2024

 Hi Zanele,
Thank you for taking the time to write and letting us know your concerns.
We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. All our agreements automatically renew for an equal term as the previous in order to ensure there is no gap in service. This is explicitly mentioned in the agreement customers read prior to signing. You can quickly and easily terminate the agreement through the online portal (myregus.com) by going to Account > Workspaces and services > End Agreement. This will ensure the agreement ends at the current termination date and will not renew further.
If you would like to talk to someone on the phone, please contact the centre directly, as they are always happy to talk to customers about their queries.
I am happy to look into your specific circumstances but haven’t been able to identify your account. Could you please email me at *** with your company name or account reference (as displayed on your invoice) along with all relevant details regarding your concerns.
I look forward to receiving more information from you.
Best regards,
