Still waiting for my Retainer 3 months later ***

It doesn't come as a surprise to learn that Regus has an average rating of 1 star.

Well its been almost 3 months since i have been waiting for deposit / retainer . every time i call the accounts help desk i am told the payment is released and i should check my bank statements( imagine that , in the world of instant bank notifications )

The last update i got from them was that my account was incorrectly configured and i should get my deposit by this past week , guess what ? still no money in my account.

My advise to any business looking for rental space is to STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM REGUS as possible, the most frustrating thing is that their accounts department is not even in South Africa , every time you call to esquire you will speak to people from a call center that's situated in the UK.

The irony is that if you miss a payment by a day , Regus will levy R 1000.00 to your account , my retainer is probably earning them interest that i will never receive , Totally Bad and undesirable business practices.

At this point i have exhausted my patience and in the process of taking legal action .

The purpose of this review is to express my utmost disgust and warn others who might be thinking of joining Regus.

I'll say it again Stay away !!!
