STAY WELL AWAY!

Stay well away!! Contract not at all what was agreed with the agent. Signed up for one month, got charged for two PLUS a host of extra charges, incl. ones I explicitly refused and random ones that were never mentioned, causing my invoice to escalate from the agreed R2.8k to over R8k in less than 30mins. Immediately disputed. Despite promises that all was cancelled with no charges owing, Regus pulled money from my account. Months later I still get billed at escalating rates. Had to change my banking details to stop them from pulling unauthorised transactions. DO NOT give them your credit card details (there is no way to remove it from their website once you have). ZERO customer service when you follow up. Everyone passes the buck: from Cape Town to Joburg to the US and back. Also check out the other reviews on here, or even on Google.

Dear Mari-Lise,
Sorry to hear that. Your post is anonymous so I cannot contact you. Can you please email me at
*** so I can assist? Want to  discuss the services "that were never mentioned", as it doesn't sound right. Thank you

Reviewer Update
Update to my initial review: Regus did get back to me under the guise of wanting to sort this out. After multiple to-and-fro's including instruction from local Regus community manager to return the money that was taken from my account, Liam S from the account helpdesk called me to to say that he arranged for the money to be refunded but that, in return, he wanted me to delete my review. He also wanted me to delete the review before processing the refund. I was not happy with this arrangement, because previous experience taught me not to Regus agents at their (verbal) word. I needed to have my money refunded and my concerns addressed before I would change anything to the review. I also told him that I posted the review because I wanted to warn others of the type of behaviour to expect of the company. Nothing in our interactions have led me to believe that that has changed or that my concerns have been addressed. In fact, it has only been affirmed. Today I get another email stating that "as previously discussed", they would not be able to provide me with the required cancellation or refund.

Hi Mari-Lise. February was refunded, as discussed. You didn't mention any full cancellation of your agreement when we spoke. Why post a complaint online when qwe have provided you with a team to speak to?

Nothing above has any truth to it, and you know it. Not a cent of the money Regus pulled from my account has been refunded. The full cancellation is what the whole dispute is about! I communicated it from Day 1 to Sulaine, Jadee, multiple people at the helpdesk and yourself (Liam), with supporting evidence. As per Jadee's last instruction on 4 March 2020: "This client never moved in and the services never started, this needs to be a full cancellation and the money that went off her account should be refunded".
