Spaces/Regus is the last place you want to go!
Spaces in South Africa partnering with Regus has terrible management that locks you into ridiculous contracts with fixed high rates without the possibility of downgrading if you fall on hard times.! Do not sign up with them - they are money grabbers who do not care about anyone but themselves.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this although I am disappointed to see you calling us names in this forum.
We go to great lengths to ensure that everything are clarified before an agreement is signed as it is a formal business commitment.
You have signed an agreement with us until 31 January 2023, so you could enjoy a preferential monthly fee.
We do offer flexibility to all our customers, but your agreement will end when due, and you should confirm it according to your agreement notice requirement. You have complete flexibility to resize your product requirements near your agreement expiry date. The downsized agreement will start after the end date of your current agreement.
Please understand that we have to know your plans in advance, as we base our business on signed commitments from our customers.
