Retainer deposit still not paid back!

My retainer deposit was supposed to be paid back in terms of my contract after moving out. It's been a month and a half and the only way of communicating with Regus is via an email address that they don't respond to. How can they break contract and not be held responsible? Poor service delivery for sure....
