Regus Willowbridge

Regus is a big No No and in my mind a ****. The billing system is useless and they keep on sending incorrect invoices. You are always a month behind even though it is not the case. They charge you for things you do not use. The office manager is never available to help you with your problems and has never phones me back as promised. At this stage I am waiting for my retainer(deposit), even contacted the helpdesk and provided everything they told me to, but they have a different request every time I contact them. I did when I terminated my contract in June, also requested for my deposit to be paid back. They now do not acknowledge that. I do not recommend anyone the rent any space at Regus. It is a big NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!
