Regus offices unprofessional service

I wish I had seen these reviews before signing up. I signed up for an office membership that was supposed to have a promotional free month. Now the 6 month contract is over and I didnt get the promotional month, in fact I had to pay for the additional month that was supposed to be free.

The sales team's excuse is that everything is system based so "there's nothing they can do". But they are responsible for entering info into the system. Trying to get someone to help you is like speaking into the abyss.

Clearly they dont care judging by the volume of complaints
