Regus Management Centers are the worst

They dont want to cancel my lease until I pay the outstanding amount. I have asked them to cancel the lease and then I make arrangements to pay the outstanding amount. They refuse to cancel it. Every month they send an invoice, for services that I have been suspended from using. On Twitter they respond sometimes, but most times they don't respond. They asked for proof that I had been trying to cancel the lease for a year now, I sent it to them and they said that unfortunately they wont be able to cancel my lease, until I settle the account.
