REGUS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

If you are considering office space in one of Regus buildings please think again. To sell you a space is a marvelous experience but within the same month i tried cancelling the contract due to covid i was told to pay for the year until the contract expires. Although i have sent numerous emails that i wasnt using the office space and i was a new business and not using any of their services they refused to bring the rental down. Accepting that i needed to pay the entire year and after sending numerous emails to cancel the contract Regus automaticaly renews my contract because they have a clause that states u have to cancel 3 months before the year is over. So ended up paying another 3 months.Yet i cancelled in the first month of the contract and sent numerous emails ti cancel.Till now i am receiving invoices and have overpaid them yet nobody deals with my queries and concerns. I have been paying an entire year and only used their office space for about 4hrs. There is very little correspondence until they hand it over to lawyer -than only u speak to a real person. This for me was a very bad experience in a time when the entire world was helping each other through the pandemic they wanted monies for services that were not even being used -under lockdown regulations how could it be used? Thinking of making your business grow please read and understand the cancellation policy before signing anything.
