Regus is not client oriented

I have Virtual office plus package but hardly used for daily office and request to downgrade. They said impossible before 6 months end. this is ridiculous. there was only a few rands discount on 6-month package compare month to month and why can't just charge difference for a couple of months and downgrade? Regus is not customer-oriented and I do not recommend to people
