REGUS IS A BULLY

I enquired from Regis Polokwane about virtual office and was sent an online agreement. I was asked to accpt same to confirm my booking and that the contract would start upon payment of the initiation fee. I didn't pay a single cent and further did not visit the premises for a single day. Regis has never asked for my IS or bank confirmation and all they have is my email address. They are now harassing me stating that I owe them R7900. I have explained multiple times that I have NEVER used their services, don't have any business with them and I DO NOT HAVE the money I supposedly owe them. I am looking for a consumer tribunal to report REGUS for their bullying and lack of National Credit Act compliance.
