<p>For all startups or Entrepreneurs wishing rent office from Regus please avoid at all costs ! </p> <p> </p> <p>1- They deliberately hide hidden costs as part of the rental agreements, 2- You have to give 3 month notice to cancel contract and you lose any deposit paid 3- They place an auto renewal into your contract so when contract expires they automatically renew contract so that you are forced into another 3 month notice period, 4- If you are 1 day late with payments the charge a late payment fee which is equivalent to a months rental even if it is not your fault (in my case their credit card machine was not working and they kept saying will be working the next and late payment fees were added) 5- If dispute any payments you account will still be handed over to debt collectors, with late payment fees added, and the debt collectors still add their ridiculous charges ontop of that ! </p> <p> </p> <p>All in all, generally bad service... especially Regus Westrand office....</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Ben</p>
