Regus continues to bill me for a contract that was meant to be terminated January 2019

Regus (Illovo-Jhb) fails to terminate my contract and continues to bill me even after having escalated the query to the General Manager and Accounts helpdesk. A thread of email was sent and proof that on the 3rd December 2018 I received an email that a roll back will be requested and my contract will end in January 2019 :(
