Regus clearly want the last laugh
When reading the reviews for this company, I should have read them first before contracting to them. I see I am far from the only person having this problem and now I fear that I am in for the high jump in trying to get what is rightfully mine. When joining Regus, you get the well oiled and easy options and everything works and is easy. IT options and mobile apps are very accommodating. It is when you try check out of this hotel California that you learn that you may check out but you can never leave. You have to give notice but then you can only give notice at a certain time. You then request the refunds but you can only request them at a certain time. Once the contract has expired you can then finally ask for the refund but-wait for it- you have to log on to your expired profile and TOGGLE your mouse around your name until a magic option appears. If this option does not appear then you need to email support a screenshot of your name, account and you trying to toggle your mouse around your name. Once they can ascertain that they have been struggling they then respond to tell you that they have checked your profile and that it is working their side and you should be able to request the refund from your side. So you repeat the whole exercise again and again the cycle continues. I assume there is a boardroom of people that probably record these screenshots and must laugh hysterically at the gullible sods that are so desperate to get what is rightfully theirs that they would do anything and jump through any hoops that Regus sets for them instead of just making it easy for us. It is a pity clients of Regus do not make them toggle their mouse around the collection key every month when trying to deduct premiums monthly and let us have a laugh for a change but unfortunately it seems that at Regus their ethos is that we must always have the last laugh at the expense of our clients.
