Regus Charging For Services I Am Not Using Anymore

I've been trying to cancel my services for over a month with no assistance from Regus. I am being billed for their services but am no longer using them. There needs to be an Ombudsman or legal team that assist with regulating these type of services so we are not held hostage by Regus. If anyone can assist me, please comment to get in touch.
