READ THIS BEFORE YOU JOIN REGUS AND USE THEIR OFFICE SPACE

All went well when i paid the initial deposit for my rent of the office. I Chose to pay the whole thing upfront for my whole term and all went well until i moved from a think tank to office 104 and then my phone started giving connection problems and i couldn't make calls, they fixed it and soon it happened again. Towards the end of the term, after i chose not to renew i was informed that i have an extra amount due, the amount came to R11000 which soon went to R13252 because by the time i was informed this was already due and they charge a R930 per month plus interest late fee. I feel really bad for this as i wish this was all made clear to me up front. Currently I have paid all my due and they owe me 1 month of use but i feel so bad by all this that i just want to get away from there before another mystery bill shows up. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WHO USES REGUS: PLEASE BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR.
