Poor service and unjustified high charges

Booked a meeting room from regus online and paid retainer amount. The place did not have WiFi for 2 days or the WiFi dropped which made it almost impossible to run my workshop which was been streamed. After I requested to pay the balance at the venue they insisted they would send an invoice. The invoice was for a lot more. I called 3 times to query the amount and no one answered. I finally spoke to receptionist and she gave me another lady who said that she would send me invoices and statement. Still unable to answer my query on charges. Thereafter they charged late fees. Again I called and no answer. I sent an email to query late charges. I finally paid the higher amount than was originally quoted and they are still insisting and charging fees on late payment. Very ***** place with staff that have no clue how to understand logic.
