Over 6 months pending Refunding

I thought i was the only complainant, but after going through the comments on Hellopeter- I am more defeated about the disregard for the clients at Regus, the sheer volume of complaints should be alarming for your management team.

I am one of the echoing voices who's refund has been pending for over 7 months- with empty promises that never come into fruition of a looming refund. The disregard for small business is shocking - to the management team, this is truly disappointing to say the least. I have been liaising with a guy named Fani B from your helpdesk, and he has run out of excuses to give.

Can someone assist here please.
