Never go to Regus.
Regus is the worst company EVER. They have invested in the best PR and use the law that’s supposed to protect consumers, to profit themselves.Regus Kindly refrain from responding to my complaint on this platform because nothing you say will be true, it will just be to cover yourselves. Regus uses bullying tactics and lack of transparency in its business practices. It is ************ and I would never advise anyone to go into an agreement with them. I am unsatisfied about everything including lack of pricing in your contracts and hiking and inflated costs. It’s disgusting and disappointing.

19 Apr 2023, 09:56 Hello Keoagile,
I apologise if you are not completely satisfied with the agreement terms. Having checked your records, I can see the reason for your grievance is that we did not cancel your agreement early at your request. We have several options on terms, products and locations to try and suit everyone’s circumstances, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its specific end date. I can also see that your balance has not been cleared completely from the beginning of your agreement. As a result, your account has been restricted. We do need to receive your payment as soon as possible. Please log on to myregus.com and click on Account >> Billing and payments. Select the unpaid invoices that you can see online and then “Pay selected”. Please do let us know once done so we can quickly remove the restriction on your services. Your claims about “lack of pricing in your contracts and hiking and inflated costs” are completely unfounded. The monthly price is on the front of the agreement you signed and there has been no rise in your monthly cost. I know you are disappointed by our refusal to end your agreement early but we find coming onto a public platform and publicising these insults and misrepresentations about our company to be completely unfair. Best regards,
