So it comes down to this , having no more options but to make this public like all other complants that are not heard by Reagus or whatever they call themselves now ,HQ .

During the lockdown ,I had filled in the nessasery forms online to cancel my contract . note that my contract was for something that just enabled me to use them as an address , so no physical office . This was around R450 , but nevertheless I had agreed to this amount . All was good and they told me that the 24 month contract had been cancelled . Great stuff until received the next bill . They had told me that the contract is now cancelled , but I still need to pay the remaining months of the 24 month contract . So there was some fine print for you . They carried on billing me the post box rental monthly with a late charge which equivilated to the rental. They then proceeded to keep charging me way past the 24 month deal. I need to dig for all the mails and check exactly how many years ( probably now 2 years )they carried on charging me .

I have now receive a mail every 6 months or so from a debt collector demanding money.

This is my last resort as my mails fall on arrogant ears or some ignored .Somebody please advise what should and can I do ?

I seriously am considering writing my story and printing it on Flyers and put into postboxes in Nelspruit . Maybe even stand in the street in front of their offices in Nelpruit .
