Regus (https://www.regus.com/en-us) are a bunch of ****** who are out there to score a quick buck. I tried to secure office space in JHB and that was a nightmare. First I loaded my payment details to make payment; it bounced. Then I tried to do it again, it failed. Then I saw a R20 transaction on my account. I did not authorise it. I was told it was admin fee - yet I never saw it in their Ts and Cs. They then reversed it. I then removed my card details and proceeded to cancel the booking on their system. Despite these measures, and 30 hours later - I still got charged as though I had not canceled.

In essence they stored my card details, and proceeded to draw money from my account using data I had deleted from their system.

THEY ARE ****** AND EVERYTHING HAPPENS VIA A CALL CENTRE AND ONLINE. NO PEOPLE TO FACE TO FACE ENGAGE WITH!
