Law of Contract 101
Bulling 101, we all received the addendum, objected, and this was their response "Customers are unable to opt-out of this service, as it is not optional and they cannot terminate their contracts"

As you communicated to you prior and after these small additional costs were instated, rising energy costs impact us all. We have a back-up generator at your centre which is engaged only when necessary to help ensure minimal disruption during your working day. Only when the generator is used are these costs app**** and they are shared proportionately amongst all office customers. The financial impact for you is minimal and helps ensure you can continue to run your business smoothly. Your local team are your key contacts here. Regus rent Mowana, I wonder if Mowana is charging them for the generator rental and gasoline supply. Our contracts were changed without our concern, we are told that "Generator fees" are part of the House Rules. What is the relation between the Facility and House rules? "Please refer to clause 56 in the House Rules" Centre manager. "Customers are unable to opt out of this service, as it is not optional, we supply backup power to all during any power outages to ensure everyone can carry on without interruption" Centre Manager
