Keep away from Regus: Terrible services, more than 10 months struggling with their Finance Department

I rent a small office with Business Center and was quite happy until it was purchased by Regus this year. Their staff change rate is tremendous high. Every time I have to deal with different people in the same position. Double charged twice, no apologies, no refund for their mistakes; Debit order and EFT changed rendom without notification; Account changed without notification and then they said they sent an email which NOT RECEIVED. Paid three times to wrong account and they confirmed but without notified account changed. Still get bills after moved out two months, and nobody wants to help with refund. Finanlly said they cannot respond why their team did not remind people about the account thing. And still struggling to get refund, and have to pay extra R500 for their mistakes to Business Center.
