Higher Management sorted my Issue out, finally...!

After months of frustration and back and forth with Regus, my issue has been addressed and settled equitably. At least I got this matter off my plate. Higher management was on it, but my question is; why can't the immediate agents have the same compassion and understanding...? All's well that ends well... Thank you Regus.
