Failure to pay deposit after a year of waiting.

We been waiting for our deposit refund for over a year now, they have been several promises made that the refund will be made on a certain date, but that date comes and goes without any refund, we would make an enquiry then in few days we would be told finance team is working on my query then another promise in writing that our refund will be made on the certain date and the same happens, This is done with impunity because this deposit is not attracting any interest whilst is been held by this company. Right now, I can only assume they have no intention of refunding us and just like true mafias they make promises they do not intend to keep. Regus management group is the most dishonest conglomerate that needs to be exposed.
