Extending Contract without our consent

<p>Hi,<br /> <br /> We had a six months lease agreement with Regus midrand when the agreement expired, the office manager asked us to extend the contract by another six month but move to a smaller office. We then told her that six months is too much for us as we might move out any minute and asked for a month extension. Now when the one month has elapsed we are getting told that the contract we signed was actually for six month, I've told them that I've proof(emails and telephone recording) showing that she indeed said the agreement was for one month. I've explained this to their finance lady but she doesn't want to even see the proof that I'm talking about, she instead threatens to take legal actions. This looks like something that they do to a lot of people and getting away with it but now I want to expose them so that they won't do this to anyone again.</p>
