Double charged payment

When I joined to be a member I paid R2,919,85 that was the 4th may and I had access to the office. On the 16th May I paid for June. To my surprise, Regus depicted R 2,919,85 on the 4th June, same amount I paid in May and they said I never made the payment. I've sent proofs of payments since June I've been back and forth with them. They told me they are investigating but till today no communication instead the areas are accumulating, the suspended my account and they are telling me about lawyers. Regus must resolve the issue of taking people's money and denying. Service is very very poor..
