Disappointed at Regus Surrey Randburg - Rude Stuff

It's disgusting to note that at Regus Randburg Surrey, clients that are renting offices are forced to do their own dishes, The reception, and management at the center will threaten to charge you for doing dishes even though that service is included in the rental package. Stuff will knock on your meeting room 15 minutes before your time expires, only to say time is UP and embarrass you in front of your clients. Very disappointed. I had to resort to this platform because trying to address it with the center manager ended up in a harsh exchange because she is Rude to everyone. I have been with Regus for 5 years now in the exact center and I have never seen a terrible service like the one the center manager and Receptionist are offering. We dearly miss our old center manager and receptionist. It's now a prison to work at the center.

Hi Wahasya, thanks for getting in touch, although I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we haven’t provided you with the level of service that you expect and deserve from us.
We immediately addressed your concerns with your centre team and they confirmed that they have advised you to leave the dishes so they can clear them up.
You have also been allowed to use the meeting room prior to your booking time so that you can prepare for your meeting. Also, we had another customer who scheduled to use the same meeting room right after yours, so the centre team came to remind you of it. We apologise if this caused you inconvenience.
If you need further assistance, you are welcome to contact your centre team who will be happy to assist you with any queries.
Thank you.

Good Day
Thanks for the feedback,
It’s a good thing that the center has active cameras and we can always refer to them if you would like to solve the matter without scapegoating. Here is what happened, my PA took the dishes from the meeting room to the kitchen area, in the sink specifically. She left the dishes in the sink and she went on to take a seat at the reception area. The receptionist lady went on to speak to her about the dishes. She said, “Why did you leave the dishes in the kitchen sink and not do them, or would you like us to charge you for doing the dishes”. My PA acknowledged that she was not aware that clients must do dishes, she is seen standing and going to the kitchen where she started doing the dishes. This is until I arrived and went to the kitchen and saw her doing dishes, and I asked why. She explained the matter and I then confronted the receptionist with the question. She acknowledged but she argued that she did not tell her to do the dishes but rather she warned my PA that she would bill us in the event that she blocked the kitchen sewer system with food residues.

In trying to address this matter with the manager, she ended up supporting the Receptionist and then there was a verbal confrontation between the parties. The manager was Rude and she is intolerant, I think she struggles to control the Receptionist and she will never reprimand her, feels like she is also scared of her and her attitude.

Secondly, on the matter of being allowed to use the meeting room before my time, I asked if I could sit in there and I didn't have a problem waiting until my time if it meant avoiding being embarrassed in front of my guest by having someone knocking and saying "Time UP"

I have personally written to the Centre team by email so that the matter can be addressed and until now there has been no response from them, I do not think they will ever respond because they know the truth and what happened. They will not be able to address this matter unless there is arbitration.
Looking forward to hearing from you, and maybe providing the Camera footage to confirm.
