Deposit Withheld for no reason

I was with Regus Menlyn Maine on a year contract for office rentals. I cancelled my contract 3 months before the expiry date as per the agreement. My contract ended on the last day of August 2015 and was told my deposit will be refunded in September. I submitted all the necessary documents requested in order for my deposit to be released. September 2015 ended and there was no word on my deposit. I followed up and was told that it will be paid on the first week of October. Again no word regarding my deposit. I followed up again and was send forms to fill in again which I did. I was also told that my approval of the refund was send to UK for processing. O the 18 of September 2015 I got an email from Regus confirming that my request for the refund has been completed but I still have not received my deposit to date. I am being send from pillar to post.
