Deposit refund

This company is bad. I have been waiting for my deposit refund for almost two months now. Everytime I call,I get story after a story its either it's a bank delay or their account department. They recently re-activated a new account without my consent just to hold on my deposit refund. Am disappointed with their service. ALL THE TIME you're referred to APP
