This company is an absolute disgrace. They charged my account without my permission, and when I reached out for a refund, I was met with nothing but excuses and incompetence. Their billing practices are shady at best and outright theft at worst.

Customer service is non-existent—no one takes accountability, and they clearly have no interest in resolving issues. It’s clear this company is only interested in taking your money, whether you agreed to it or not.

Stay far away from this **** of a business. Don’t let them rob you like they did me. RUN and never look back!
